The first youth baseball practice is an exciting day. Coaching Youth Baseball is not any easy job, but can go a lot smoother for everyone with proper  communication.  Begin effective communication with the first practice.

It is critical at the beginning of EVERY season, you must have a team meeting with players, coaches and parents. There are many areas to cover in youth baseball, not only for the players, but for coaches and parents as well. Following is a checklist of some specifics that should be covered in coaching youth baseball, especially for the first youth baseball practice.
